Partner & Co-Founder | Jamal Lucas

Jamal B. Lucas, is an entrepreneur who has built strong public and private sector relationships throughout Africa, the Americas and Asia.  His I.P. holdings include titles that have produced upwards of $10 billion USD across several industries including finance, telecommunications, biotech, agribusiness, mining, energy, food and beverage.

Jamal was recently recognized as his alma mater’s Alumnus of the Year for his global economic initiatives; the youngest in the school’s history.  He has also been distinguished for his use of superior agricultural food security technology to contribute to government policies for medium-term sustainable economic growth in emerging markets across the globe.

A strong supporter of education, the Mayara School in Northern Namibia honored him for his charitable work and contributions making him the first Goodwill Ambassador of a school in Namibia’s history.

 

Partner & Co-Founder | Enrique Smith

Enrique Smith has comprehensive international, public and private sector experience in finance, technology and operations.  Recognized and rewarded for his accomplishments, he was among the youngest associates in Goldman Sachs’ equity research group and the youngest Vice President at OppenheimerFunds before serving as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for companies in the Finance and Defense industries.

Through his work, Enrique has built strong senior-level government and private industry business relationships throughout the Middle East, North, South, Southwest & East Africa.

Enrique attended Phillips Exeter Academy and studied economics at Columbia University.
